In response to Mayor Mike Nelson’s declaration of a State of Emergency in Edmonds, and with the safety of our community (including actors, crew, staff, volunteers and patrons) in mind, Edmonds Driftwood Players has made the very difficult decision to postpone the 11th Annual Festival of Shorts, March 13-15, 2020, to a later date (to be determined).
Under these extenuating circumstances, we will be processing refunds for the price of the ticket. Please call the Box Office at 425-774-9600 or email Box Office to request your refund.
We are incredibly disappointed for the writers, directors, actors and audience who were looking forward to next weekend’s event. This was a decision made out of the responsibility we have to the community. We look forward to sharing these fantastic plays in the near future.
Stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you at the theatre very soon.
This production is part of our TIPs (Theatre of Intriguing Possibilities) series. Theatre That Makes You Think!
FESTIVAL OF SHORTS
Come and be a part of our annual festival where the audience chooses a winner at each performance from among eight finalists. These eight shows have been selected from submissions from around the globe, and have never before been produced for an audience.
Past winners have later been developed into full-length award-winning plays!
Four performances of all eight short plays that include eight directors and eight casts. See how your votes compare with a panel of professional judges at the Sunday matinee performance, followed by cake and sparkling cider for all! Join us to celebrate these new works.
Tickets purchased are for festival seating – All sales are final
